SERVICE PLAN     (Option "A")

 

Two 4 hour days per calendar week (4 weekly periods per month) to be comprised of:

 

• Transmitter evaluation and performance check.

• Remote control check and calibration. (if applicable)

• Maintenance log update and check.

• Operating log review.

• EAS log review.

• Any Travel time or at office/workshop time.

• Tower lighting check and log review.

• Spot performance checks.

• Remaining time will be dedicated to normal maintenance, cleaning, and adjustments to transmitting and studio equipment in a prioritized manor.

• Verbal report on findings and actions taken.

 

* After each scheduled visit, I will prepare a written report outlining my finding with suggestions and recommendations.

 

Weekly visits will be scheduled on a day(s) that is mutually convenient.

 

With this plan you will also get:   Additional Labor at               $40 / Hour.

                                                Emergency Services at         $60 / Hour.

 

Any scheduled work that requires more time than preset 8 hours per week, will be considered additional labor. Any work not mutually scheduled and requires ASAP attention, will be considered emergency services.

 

An optional priority service is available to one station only (market exclusive) giving you first service and consideration over other customers.

 

Remember that all my talents are available at any time. This includes doing budgets, inventories, clerical, FCC forms, field services, and many more. You are not limited to services outlined above.

 

This service plan is available to you at a monthly investment of:   $1,200

  

 

Optional priority plan add $100 per month.

 

This is a small price to pay to help protect and streamline your financial investment.
